FISHING RIGHTS

• Carp fishing is done under the Catch & Release system, with all catches released.
• Retaining carp of any size is strictly prohibited.
• Carp fishing is possible both day and night. The fishing day starts and ends at 12:00. At the end of the game, the fishing stand must be vacated by 12:00.
• Each angler may use a maximum of four rods per stand. No stand may have more than four rods in the water. Marking and baiting rods are not considered fishing rods and may be used at the same time as fishing rods.

RULES OF BEHAVIOR

• Fishermen must behave in a civilized manner during the fishing trip.
• Fishing must be done quietly.
• Fishing while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited.

EQUIPMENT

• Carp fishing is only allowed with specialized equipment: carp rods of 3.60m-3.90m, carp lure with an opening of at least 1m and a small mesh net.
• The use of quilted protective mattresses is mandatory.
• The use of storage and weighing nets is mandatory when weighing and transporting fish to the water.
• The use of carp bags is not allowed.
• When casting, you can fish with a monofilament main line with a minimum diameter of 0.35mm, plus a mono leader. Monofilaments thinner than 0.35mm, nor textile threads as main line or leader, are not allowed.
• When fishing with a planted line, you can fish with a monofilament main line with a minimum diameter of 0.35mm. Monofilaments thinner than 0.35mm, or textile threads as a main line or leader, are not allowed.
• Plant fishing is permitted with inflatable boats of maximum 3.20m.
• Electric motors are permitted.
• Thermal motors are not permitted.
• Planting and sonar model boats are permitted.
• Tubular marker buoys and H-buoys are permitted.
• For temporary marking of a place, in the short term, H-buoys can be used. For long-term marking of a place, during fishing, flexible buoys will be used, which allow the line to pass over them during the drill. Permanent buoys that can be hung with the line in the drill are not permitted.

Mounts

• Fishing is only allowed with single-hook carp rigs.
• It is mandatory to use rigs that release the lead in case the main line breaks.
• Sliding lead, loose lead, in-line lead and helicopter type rigs are allowed.
• It is permitted to use a segment of leadcore, leadcore substitute or anti-tangle tube above the lead. The maximum length allowed for any of these segments is 2m. The correct way to use leadcore or leadcore substitutes is by tying them directly to the main line or mono leader. Adding a clip or swivel above the leadcore is not permitted.
• As a fishing line, only specialized materials (textile, combi or mono) with a minimum strength of 15lb are allowed. Very thin and abrasive fishing lines that can cut the fish's mouth are not allowed.
• Only microspin hooks may be used. The maximum size allowed is number 4. The minimum size allowed is number 8. No spinless hooks are allowed.

HOPE

• Allowed baits are boiled and soluble boilies, pellets, groundbait and prepared seeds. The use of dried corn is not allowed. Corn must be boiled. Soaked but uncooked corn is not accepted. The use of tiger nuts is not allowed except as bait, on the hair. Baiting with nuts of any kind is prohibited. Baiting with live bait is not allowed.
• Poor quality boilies from any company or your own production, which do not decompose in the water over the long term and which can harm the fish, are not recommended and may be prohibited. Please contact the lake administration for details.

FISH PROTECTION

• All catches will be released as soon as possible, both day and night. Slinging of carp is permitted only with the consent of the lake administration. If the fish cannot be photographed at the time of its capture for objective reasons (rain, storm), it may be kept in a sling, but only with the express approval of an administrator and for the shortest possible time.
• It is mandatory for anglers to use a sling for weighing and handling the fish. Only slings equipped with floats are accepted. Transferring large carp from the water to the receiving mat and back to the water upon release will only be done in a sling. It is strictly forbidden to transfer fish in your arms. 
• The photo sessions of a catch must be carried out in the shortest possible time. All large carp, over 20kg, will be photographed in the water. Anglers must be equipped with hip boots or a wetsuit to be able to enter the water for the photo session. Carp under 20kg can also be photographed on the bank, above the reception mattress and as close as possible to it. It is strictly forbidden to put more than one fish in the same mattress at the same time. 
• Fishermen are required to notify the lake administration of any catch of at least 18kg . The administration has the right to photograph any catch and use the photographs for advertising purposes. 

OTHER ASPECTS

• Fishing stands must be kept clean throughout the game. Garbage may only be thrown in specially designated areas. Permanent cleanliness of the stand is the responsibility of the fishermen.
• Entry and exit from the lake are only permitted during the day for both fishermen and visitors. Entry and exit from the lake are not permitted at night except in special situations and only with the consent of the administration. 
• When using the boat, it is recommended to use a life jacket. Fishermen assume full responsibility when going out on the water with the boat. The lake administration is exempted from any civil, administrative and material liability for any form of accidents. The present regulation, which every client of the lake is obliged to know and respect, functions as a labor protection act.
