Approaching the Carp&Carp fishing paradise, using the area:
The lake area is under surveillance, please take this into account when you come to us!
- You can fish on the lake with a sport fishing approach, you must gently release all caught fish!
The fishing pond can be accessed through the gate (with Carp&Carp signs) located in the northern part of the lake. Anglers arriving at our site can enter the private area after calling the telephone number(s) placed on the gate. After entering the gate, a designated parking space awaits anglers arriving at our site on the fishing pond on the southern side of the lake. Within the private area, you may only stay in the immediate vicinity of the central building: in the parking lot, on the pier and at the reserved fishing spot. It is strictly forbidden to touch other areas! The maximum speed allowed by motor vehicle is 20 km/h! Only and exclusively those persons who have previously reserved a fishing spot on the surface of the Hejő Carp Fishing Association designed for this purpose or who have received special permission from the association may enter the private area. Visitors can be welcomed at the lake between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm by prior arrangement.
For security reasons, we keep the gates locked at night, so please keep this in mind if you have visitors. They can only enter and exit during the day.
You can bring a dog with you regardless of size, but please make sure it does not disturb neighboring fishermen.
Everyone is required to confirm their reservation by e-mail no later than 15 days before the start of fishing. The e-mail address is: info@carp-carp.hu . We will confirm the reservation with a simple reply message. In order to avoid later disputes, we ask everyone to take the confirmation seriously, as failure to do so will automatically cancel the reservation. Confirmation by phone is not possible. The club membership of anglers who confirm but do not arrive will be terminated with immediate effect. An exception to this is the omission related to the occurrence of unforeseen events. (e.g. accident, hospitalization, etc.)
Use of the central building:
In the central building of the fishing pond, the kitchen (including the tools and equipment placed there), the area designed for cooking, the bathroom and the terrace are permitted to be used for their intended purpose.
Using the fishing spot:
Before the fishing begins, the fish warden hands over the fishing pier to the angler in pieces and takes it back from the angler in pieces when the fishing is finished!!! After packing up, please call the fish warden!
It is forbidden to occupy the fishing spot until the fish guard has handed it over to the angler in detail, and it is forbidden to leave it until the fish guard has taken it back from the angler!
The fishing spot can be occupied from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Everyone may stay at the fishing spot at their own risk. Apart from the boat provided to anglers with a membership card and the equipment belonging to the boat - handed over upon arrival - the use of other boats and equipment located there is strictly prohibited! The angler with a membership card is fully responsible for his guests and their actions. Other persons, apart from those registered in advance, may stay in the area only and exclusively after prior agreement, under specific conditions!

Please pay special attention to keeping the environment and the houses clean! Smoking is prohibited in the houses! Each floating house has its own rules of use, please read them and strictly adhere to them during your stay! Minors may only use the fishing spots with parental supervision or a parental declaration of responsibility. All guests may use the fishing houses at their own risk. A state fishing license or tourist state fishing ticket is required for fishing, the existence of which will be checked by the fish warden upon arrival. Own boats, electric motors, and feeder boats can be used. All personal equipment and tools can only be used if they do not cause dirt, oil, or other material residues to enter the water of the fishing pond. The boat can only be used within the designated water area. When using the boat, persons who cannot swim are required to wear a life jacket! We provide life jackets upon request. The angler is fully responsible for any damage caused by the use of the central building, pier, floating house, or equipment. In the water area belonging to the fishing spot, buoying is mandatory, with a deep-water or "H" buoy, and the angler is obliged to collect them upon departure!
To protect water:
Fishing spots can only be reached by boat, except for houses 1. -2. -3. -4. Everyone can use the boat at their own risk, in compliance with the national and EU water transport rules. No person who is drunk or under the influence of mind-altering substances may be in the boat! Human needs should not be discharged into the water! The use of a biological toilet is provided and mandatory. It is the responsibility of the staff to clean it once. In case of multiple replacements, a cleaning fee will be charged.
It is prohibited to: throw cigarettes, litter, throw things into boats or water, bathe in the lake water (in case of emergency (e.g. rescue) the use of a life jacket is mandatory), go into the water with sunscreen or suntan lotion on your body, pour uneaten food and drinks into the water, wash or wash dishes in the lake water (laundry and dishwashing facilities are provided at the fishing pond).
The use of spoiled or poor quality bait is prohibited. The amount of bait to be thrown into the water is limited to the smallest possible amount for the sake of yourself, your fellow anglers, and the preservation of water quality! The use of dog food is prohibited!
To protect fish:
A maximum of 4 people can stay in a floating fishing house, of which a maximum of 3 people can fish. An angler can fish with a maximum of 3 rods, and a maximum of 6 rods can be fished from a floating fishing house (even if there are 3 anglers in the house). In order to protect the fish, only barbless, micro-barb or compressed barb hooks can be used. The use of 1 hook is permitted on each rig. The monofilament main line on the rig must have a minimum diameter of 0.28 mm, and in addition, the use of a minimum of 30 meters of 0.50 mm diameter monofilament leader line is mandatory. The use of braided main or leader lines is prohibited! Only rigs that ensure the unhindered fall of the sintered lead in the event of a line break are permitted. The use of a carp cradle, a large, densely woven landing net, and the use of disinfectant liquid are mandatory.
Once you're done fishing, never put the fish in the boat, hold it to the side of the boat and leave it in the water until you reach shore.
During the summer, it is mandatory to cool down the heated carp cradle before placing the fish in it. The caught fish must be returned to the water as soon as possible!
It is forbidden to store fish in a net or fish tank! It is forbidden to take pictures while standing with the fish! The fish must be constantly watered (cooled) during weighing (photographing)! When taking pictures, care must be taken not to damage the fish; to this end, the angler should kneel or stand in the water! Do not forget that a rested fish has greater strength and can be easily shot. It is mandatory to fish from a boat. When hooking, please do not cut the fishing line, cut it as short as possible, in this case it is mandatory to signal to the fish warden!
Seeds can be used for feeding, but only good quality and cooked ones!!!
While fishing, it is prohibited to: mark fish, use raw or poor quality bait.
Fish can only be stored in a floating weighbridge until the fish guard arrives!
The fishing guard may even apply an immediate ban against those who violate the above rules - without any obligation to repay the money. For any damage caused, the visitor is personally and financially responsible, all damage caused must be compensated by the time of departure at the latest, otherwise we intend to enforce our civil rights claim. We may ban the person who caused the unpaid damage for an indefinite period.
Fishing for predatory fish and spinning is possible during certain times of the year, by prior strangers
General Terms and Conditions
to contracts established during the use of fishing-related services
1. Parties are Hejő Carp Fishing Association as the service provider, and the guest using the service (or persons arriving with him), hereinafter referred to as the Guest.
2. The general terms and conditions regulated in this contract are valid for an indefinite period and enter into force on January 1, 2025.
3. The subject of the contract is to determine the terms and conditions of the services provided and available to guests in the Carp&Carp Fishing Paradise area, which is exclusively operated by the service provider.
4. Only members with a valid membership card are entitled to fish in the association's territory.
5. A member with a membership card may host guest anglers, but the member is fully responsible for the guest anglers.
6. The content and fees of the available services are included in the price list published at the company's headquarters and on its website.
7. The conditions and methods of using fishing services are contained in the fishing regulations published at the company's headquarters and on its website.
8. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions by the members and upon crediting a deposit of 50% of the requested service to the service provider's account within 5 days of the reservation or upon making a cash payment.
9. If the member successfully completes the reservation and pays the advance payment, the contract is concluded and the service provider reserves the time requested by the guest.
10. The service provider will notify the member of the receipt of the advance payment and the acceptance of the reservation by sending a notification to them.
11. The fishing spot service can be booked from 1:00 PM on the day of use and must be left clean and tidy by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
12. Members and their guests are entitled to drive into and out of the company's premises by car during opening hours.
13. Cancellation conditions:
- In case of cancellation outside of 15 calendar days, the booked time can be moved to another time. In case of cancellation within or within 15 calendar days, the deposit amount will not be refunded and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

15. The cancellation date is understood to mean when the member announces his/her intention to cancel in writing and the service provider becomes aware of it.
16. If the trip is affected by force majeure, war events, terrorist attacks, strikes, or unavoidable natural phenomena or technical obstacles, the service provider does not assume responsibility for the cancellation or modification of services due to these reasons.
17. The angler is obliged to study and fill out the liability declaration issued to him/her on the first day of fishing. Failure to do so may result in the fishing not being allowed to begin.
18. The angler is directly liable for any damage caused to third parties while using the service. The service provider does not assume liability for any accidents that may occur due to improper use. Everyone may use their own tools and objects at their own risk.
19. The angler may use the fishing spot provided to him for his intended purpose, without damaging the environment or disturbing others, and is obliged to immediately report any damage caused to the area during the period of use to the service provider and compensate for it, unless he proves that it was caused by an unforeseen cause or circumstance beyond his control (according to the rules of liability for damage caused by breach of contract).
20. Any comments or objections regarding the services must be communicated to the service provider's representative on site. If possible, substantiated complaints will be resolved immediately on site. If a consensus cannot be reached on site, the parties may file a claim for damages with the court within 30 days of the end of the fishing trip
